Hello there, my name is Kelly! I'm your birth & postpartum doula, birth photographer and sound bath practitioner. The core foundation of my practice is my passion and commitment to offering meaningful support to each of my clients on their journey into parenthood.

Nurturing and caring for others in their time of need is something that has always come very natural to me. After witnessing a dear friend give birth to her daughter, my heart and spirit knew that becoming a birth worker, and supporting families on their journey to becoming parents was my calling.

I am passionate about providing individualized care plans tailored to the unique lifestyles and specific needs of my clients before, during and after giving birth. I ensure that my clients feel prepared, confident and empowered by helping them to discover their preferences and design their birth plans, by guiding them in becoming experts in their own wishes in the realm of birth, and providing evidence based information and resources about the options they wish to explore. 

​I create an environment that promotes healing and bonding between parents, baby and loved ones. I support my clients during labor and birth by making suggestions for labor progression, and assisting with emotional, physical, and informational needs. Striving to support communication between my clients and their health care providers. I relieve pressure from partners, family members and loved ones to meet my clients needs during labor, birth and postpartum. As an expert in a variety of birth and parenting philosophies, I encourage my client's right to choose what is best for their family.

Something that sets me apart from all other doulas in the Pacific Northwest is my offering of the modality, Birthing With Sound. ​In addition to playing my bowls for my birth clients, I also find an incredible amount of joy in playing them for my family, friends and community. I love that I am able to bring a sense of peace, clarity and relaxation to those I play for. One of my most favorite places to play them is in the forest while the birds are chirping, the trees are dancing in the breeze, and the sun rays are shining down on everyone. There are many magical moments I am so blessed to witness.
