Hello there, I'm Kelly! I’m a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the transformative journey into parenthood. My passion for birth work began after witnessing a dear friend give birth, an experience that inspired me to help others feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I provide personalized emotional, physical, and educational support tailored to each family's unique needs and values. A unique part of my practice is Birthing With Sound, a modality that incorporates crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, breathwork, and meditation to promote connection, calm, and healing throughout the parenting journey. I’m also the founder of Evergreen Nannies, a nanny placement agency that helps families find exceptional childcare support beyond the postpartum years. When I’m not working with families, I'm spending time with family and friends, dancing, paddleboarding, taking photographs, painting, or playing my crystal singing bowls. |
