A unique part of my practice is Birthing With Sound, a modality that weaves together crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, breathwork, and meditation. This gentle yet powerful approach supports connection, calm, and healing throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience. |

Outside of my work as a doula and agency owner, I cherish time with my family and friends.
