My presence as an Antepartum Doula will help to reduce the stress of the day-to-day details,
​allowing you and your family to prepare for your newest member.

Services include companionship, informational, emotional, physical, and practical support in circumstances that are often stressful, confusing, and emotionally draining. Preparing healthy meals, snacks and drinks to ensure that you are nourished and staying well hydrated. Light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, organizing nursery. ​Errands, sibling care, pet care.
